Inspection and Customs We reserve the right to open and inspect any shipment for security, safety, or regulatory reasons. You authorize us to act as your agent for customs clearance purposes where required. Customs duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing and Payment All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Charges are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type. Payments must be made in full before release or delivery of shipments, unless otherwise agreed.
Prohibited and Restricted Items The following items are strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed to in writing: Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons Hazardous or flammable materials Perishable goods (unless approved) Cash, precious metals, or valuables Counterfeit

Storage and Unclaimed Goods Shipments not collected or delivered within [10] days of arrival may incur storage fees. Unclaimed shipments may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, in accordance with applicable law
We collect and use customer information solely for service provision, compliance, and communication purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties, except as required by law or for service fulfillment.
Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
